8. Storage of personal data

8.1. Personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media (on servers) and is processed using automated systems.

8.2. Upon achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, as well as in the event of withdrawal of consent to their processing by the User, personal data shall be destroyed.

The destruction of the subject's personal data shall be formalized by a corresponding act on the termination of personal data processing.

9. Access to personal data

9.1. Persons authorized by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of the law have the right to access the personal data of Users.

9.2. The User is granted access to their personal data upon personal request or upon receipt of a written request. The Operator shall respond to written requests from authorized state bodies, other organizations, and institutions regarding Users' personal data only with the User's written consent, unless otherwise provided by law. Responses shall be made in writing and to the extent that does not disclose an excessive amount of personal data.
